The first ever Western Isles Kite Week will be staged from Monday May 29th to Saturday June 3rd 2000. Featuring all aspects of kiting the Festival is designed to allow enthusiasts to indulge their passion on a rolling island adventure - an aerial extravaganza at Europe's north-westerly edge!
