An ideal rural location for relaxing, walking, golfing or for touring the Highlands and the whisky and castle trails of Grampian. The cottages are about one mile from the B9009 Dufftown to Glenlivet road.

Choose from four delightful, south facing cottages enjoying light and sunshine. They are double glazed and electrically heated, have large comfortable lounge/dining areas with multifuel stoves and satellite TV, modern kitchens and shower rooms.Towels, tea-towels and linen are included. These high quality cottages have recently been redecorated and re-carpeted and have a very high standard of cleanliness.

Aberlour, Dronach and Glenlivet are positioned around a lovely open courtyard setting with separate entrances and Folds Cottage is a separate house a short distance up the track. All enjoy fantastic scenic views.

Aberlour sleeps 5 (2 bedrooms)

The ground floor has an open plan lounge/dining area, a modern kitchen including microwave and washing machine, shower room with toilet and basin and one twin bed room. The first floor has one large bedroom with one double and one single bed. The patio door opens into the walled courtyard.

Dronach sleeps 6 (2 bedrooms)

The ground floor has an open plan lounge/dining area, a modern kitchen including microwave and washing machine, shower room with toilet and basin. The first floor has two large bedrooms each with one double and one single bed.

Glenlivet - sleeps 6 (3 bedrooms)

All on one level, Glenlivet has an open plan lounge/dining area, a raised level modern kitchen which is up 5 steps from the lounge and includes a washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer, and a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. There are two large bedrooms with one double and one single bed and one more double bedroom.

Folds - sleeps 8 (3 bedrooms)

The ground floor has a large lounge/dining room with a separate kitchen which includes hob, double oven, microwave and dishwasher, and a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a bathroom with bath and shower are also downstairs. Upstairs there are two large family rooms with one double and one single bed with wash hand basins in the bedrooms.
